Where are my documents kept?
On your phone, inside Resumo's private storage. They are never sent to us, and Resumo makes no network connections.
How do I move my documents to a new phone?
Through your phone's own backup. On Android, turn on backup and Resumo's documents are included; on iPhone, they are part of your iCloud or computer backup. Restore the backup on the new phone, install Resumo, and your documents are there.
What is the ATS-safe copy?
Many employers read applications with an applicant tracking system (ATS). The ATS-safe copy is a plain version of your resume that these systems read in the right order, as a PDF, a Word document or text. Send it where a job portal asks for your resume, and send the designed PDF to people.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. There is nothing to sign up for, and Resumo works fully offline.
Which phones does Resumo run on?
Android phones with Android 7.0 or later, and iPhones with iOS 15 or later. On an iPad it opens in an iPhone-sized window.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any document in the app. Uninstalling Resumo removes everything it stored on your phone; copies in your backups follow your backup settings. We hold nothing about you.
